Policies

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and will go towards the total amount of your service. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. Payment methods accepted: CASH, CASH APP or ZELLE.


 

Late Policy

 To respect the time of other clients, arrival 10 minutes or more after your appointment time will be considered as a "no call/no show" and the cancellation fee will apply. 

Funds will not be transferred to a later date.

 

Cancellation & No Show

All cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice or "no call/no show" will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus charged the full price of service. "No call/no show" clients will be banned from future bookings.

Rescheduling

We ask that all rescheduling be done with at least 24 hours advance notice. When rescheduling with advance notice AND within 14 days of original appointment date, deposits may be transferred to the new appointment. 

 

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours advance notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus charged 50% of the price of service. Funds will not be transferred to a later date.

Refund Policy

 No refunds will be issued on services rendered.
