After Your Procedure
For Temporary Cosmetic Make-up Applications
-
Do not wash your brows. When cleansing your face, it is important to wash around the brow area.
-
Do not apply oils, soaps, or lotions as they will break down the product faster and cause fading.
-
Brow tinting typically lasts between 5-7 days depending on your skin.

For Permanent Cosmetic Make-up Applications
-
For 7 days following the application of permanent cosmetics:
-
Do not touch the healing pigmented area with your fingertips as they may have bacteria on them likely to cause an infection.
-
Apply Aquaphor (no petroleum jelly/Vaseline) twice per day starting the third day and until the procedure area is completely healed. Always apply with a clean cotton swab, not your fingertips.
-
-
Do not workout until after day 5.
-
Do not apply make-up, tint your lashes or brows, use soap on the procedure area, or go swimming (in chlorine pool or recreational bodies of water). Avoid excessive exposure to the sun, saunas and Jacuzzis, contact with animals, and gardening for 7 to 10 days post procedure.
-
Before bathing, apply a light layer of Aquaphor on the procedure area using a clean cotton swab. Continue this regimen until completely healed.
-
Do not rub or traumatize the procedure area while healing. Pigment maybe removed if not cared for properly.
-
Use a total sun block after the procedure area has healed to prevent future fading of pigment color.
-
Do not use products that contain AHA’s on the procedure area. (Example: Glycolic acid, Lactic acid, etc.) Be sure to always check your labeling as these ingredients will fade your pigment color!
-
Try to sleep on a satin pillowcase while the procedure area is healing.
